Case Comments

Jerusalem from Dominus Flevit

Here are case comments that have been written for PILARS.

If you would like to learn how to write a case comment there are resources in our skills corner, which may prove useful. Please send submissions to the PILARS team. We accept case comments of between 2000-3000 words. They are peer reviewed by members of the Sacred and Secular team.

If you would like to try out your case note or case comment writing skills in a field outside law and religion, you can submit work to The Journal of Commonwealth Law and Legal Education. This covers any areas of law which may be of interest to Commonwealth countries.

The Journal’s submission guidelines are available online. If you would like to discuss whether your case note or case comment would be appropriate, you can email the lead editors.
