Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB)

The most popular qualification of its kind in the UK. It develops skills of legal analysis and the legal awareness needed to understand and apply the law. The degree offers the flexibility to tailor your study according to your study and career aspirations, to gain either:

an academic law degree
a degree that includes the Foundations of Legal Knowledge to become a barrister in England and Wales or a solicitor or barrister in Northern Ireland, or
a degree that supports those who want to take the first assessment, SQE1, in the Solicitors Qualifying Examination, which is necessary to enter the profession in England and Wales.
