What is the place and purpose of legal history in the wider law school curriculum?

Research in the field increasingly engages with socio-legal approaches, histories of oppression and discrimination, and critical perspectives on the role of law. As law schools seek to diversify, liberate and decolonise the curriculum, legal history can and should play a vital role.

This online conference will explore how legal history contributes to the curriculum of the modern law school.
